      Helpful enough, but told me to come inside and that I was holding up the drive thru when there was nobody behind me? I just needed some blank checks. Kinda rude, but their atms are nice

      I opened a checking account a week ago and have never been able to access online banking either with the app or website. Technical support did not solve the problem. It's a deal breaker.
