      They deactivated my card on a holiday weekend over a purchase online. Nd on top of that there's no way to get ahold of anyone. And they use call centers in India. I'm not giving personal info to a call center in india

      I stopped in to take care of something and they expected me to leave and wait for a call saying they have time for me. Apparently they think their customers have nothing to do but wait on the bank. They also told me I could drive across town to a different branch. I used to like this bank for the customer service but it seems they don’t have time or concern for their customers.
