      Honestly i'm sad to give this low of a rating but lately I've had the worst service with this location as well as the Spokane center. Due to glitches in your system it cost me $120 in fees. From both the bank as well as where the payment was to go to and no credit given. I have three acounts with this bank and i have banked with this firm for over 25 years and lately have thought hard about changing banks.
