      Very professional management staff. I just want to point out that 2 days ago I rated them with a one-star because I was having a rough day and we are all on edge . I was agitated and Mariana Hurtado who is a manager there was very patient very understanding and sympathetic to what was going on even though the outcome wasn't what I wanted I am grateful. To follow up the management of the collections and loan department Ed Soto called me immediately after reviewing the situation and showed me a level of professionalism that I feel comfortable saying this is my bank. I can comfortably say that Baptist Federal Credit Union is in my family's best interest when it comes to my banking needs. Ed even took the time out of his day to give me some education in regards to credit help and I am very grateful thank you Baptist Federal Credit Union.
