      There are not enough things to say about Ryan Valle and Columbus Capital. Ryan was not only a great brokers but also helped and counseled me thru the whole process.       The first meeting was okay, the first guy we talked too was great, but the guy we actually went to see rushed us out of there. We took some time to gather the information needed and when everything was sent we he didn’t even get back to us! For over two weeks and we heard nothing. Then when we went to get our documents back we’re told the format was wrong, how about communicating that so we could continue ???? Incredibly unprofessional. If we had found a property we liked in the time they took we would’ve probably lost it. It was our first time doing this process and honestly, so disappointed. The lack or clarity and communication was unreal.
