Barrett filed a perjured tax amendment for our company after we sold it even though we told him not to. Then he refused to give us a copy of the return he filed. We got a copy from the IRS and it showed that our ex-partner attempted to shift tax liability to us by lying about our agreement but Barrett refused to talk to us once we showed him the information was false rather than correcting his mistakes. Unethical and dishonest company.
