  Barrett Financial is definitely the place to go for refinances and help with mortgage loans. Chris Randall was very professional, responsive, and made the process very easy. I highly recommend going to him for any mortgage help!

  I unfortunately had an awful experience with this broker. They straight up lied and said they had ordered an appraisal on July 1st and a week before close we had to pry and pry and learned that they hadn’t even gotten a loan yet let alone an appraisal. So they lied and signed a document that had a lie on it, and then strung us along for a week and we lost our dream home. They could have been transparent and thoughtful of people and their families to let us know what was up but they are only interested in their own interests and trying to close. Do yourself a favor and go with a bigger more trusted lender. Unless you are ok with awful service, being lied to and getting your calls ignored. I wish I saw this review before I accepted an offer with their name attached.
