      Terrible!!! Had my wife ask speak for me in Spanish since I myself don’t know Spanish. Asked the lady if I am able to take out a loan there and since I didn’t speak Spanish, and she wasn’t even going to give me service just straight up told me no. Equal Opportunity?? Probably no if you don’t speak Spanish.

      Worst customer service ever by Idelarosa. Don't even greet you or anything she just stares at you and waits for you to tell her what you're there for. Thankfully I never have to go back to that place anymore.
