  I walked into this door this morning to take out a loan on some sunglasses that I had, and everything was wrong from the get-go. The young girl behind the counter helped me with looking everything up to give me a price that they could pay and we agreed upon a price but I had to come back later in the day due to the fact that they didn't have any money. Somebody had to literally go to the bank to get cash to give to customers so immediately they were unprepared. Upon returning to collect the money for the loan on the sunglasses everything was done unprofessionally. Gave him my ID to collect the money nothing was said but when the money was handed to me it was $30 shorter than we had originally agreed. I asked why there was only the amount of money that was there and the young girl behind the counter said that that's the total that she told me earlier that day. Knowing very well that that's not what happened earlier that we agreed on another price she turned to look at a manager there, I'm guessing, and he kept insisting to her that they had maxed everything out that they could give as if he had looked at them himself. The man had no idea what the loan was on in the first place. Very shady people at this establishment. If you go in make sure you get whatever you need in writing because things change immediately with the people in this store. If they need you to come back because they need cash if there is a deal sign the papers then come back for your money. I left my sunglasses with them too as good faith wish I had known.
