      Very poor customer service. I tried three times to payoff my loan completely and all three times they said i didnt have funds and funny thing is i took the same amount of money out all three times for that loan from the same card. They dont want u to payoff your loan they want you to owe them for a long time. Very unprofessional! Very rude as well. Will never do business again with them. If i can give them no stars i would!!!
