  Ashley Hall and her team have handled multiple loans for me over the years and have always been excellent; I close on time, and they keep me regularly updated on our progress. I can't ever remember having any issues with them. We just closed another loan a few days early, which is amazing in the current environment. I highly recommend them!

  We would like to address these false accusations as it is simply not representative of how we conduct our business. First of all, there was NO delay in closing. The closing took place on the date of the contract as scheduled. We represent the other party in this closing, not Mr. Johnson who wrote the review, so we have to be sure we abide by all privacy laws in disclosing details. We hold ourselves to the highest standards of meeting deadlines and close dates. Suzanne and I, as well as our attorneys, left our family vacations on the Friday after Thanksgiving to make sure all was done and on time. The accusation that we do not care about meeting our professional obligations and have no regard for costing others money is simply untrue. Our clients are always our top priority and we have consistently, for over 15 years, gone above and beyond to make sure our clients are in their new home on their close date and the sellers have been treated fairly as they expect. We have never had such a review and awful things stated about us which are just simply inaccurate. Suzanne Michaels is an absolute professional and I do believe that is reflected in the numerous other reviews beyond this one. She has a sterling reputation in the real estate community and I am personally quite proud she has been such a long standing member of our team. I have never spoken to him or had any communication with him. I represented the buyer on this transaction who was ecstatic from our services not only for the best rate but for the service they received. I responded to emails from Mr. Johnson's real estate agent on Thanksgiving day and I worked on Friday which was a holiday for our office to get their loan closed ON TIME. We did take care of everything throughout the process in a timely matter and from start to finish got the loan closed in 19 business days and ON TIME. What is stated in this review is inaccurate. I am referral based only and I do everything in my power to go above and beyond for my clients. We have a track record of closing on time and early. It’s unfortunate that someone I have never spoken to would put such detrimental words out there about my character. I go above and beyond for all my clients and keep long standing relationships.
