      Basys has been a gem to work with. We continuously refer our customers to them for their credit card processing needs and our customers rave about their experience in getting set onto the Basys products and working with Basys agents.       After two years with this company, I finally called it quits because their transaction fees don't align with my small business. In 2019, my credit card fees were over $2200.00. The less you process, the more you pay in fees. I had switched to another company in March of 2020 and the following is my comparison to both companies for that one month of processing: Company "A": Processed 14 Credit Cards in the amount of roughly $2400.00 and my fees were $61.00 Company "B" for Basys: Processed 4 Credit Cards in the amount of roughly $500.00 and my fees were $70.00 If you have a seasonal business where some months do better than others, this may not be the company for you. Just be sure to do your homework before signing their 3 year agreement.
