      Loan representative was rude and unprofessional kept calling me from her own cell phone and not company phone kept asking me about my boyfriend and wanted when was not even on the loan.

      Very unprofessional, All the other reviews are accurate coming from dealing with them & the same situations. Jimmy is rude & obnoxious called him to give payment & asked to be transferred to someone else because I refuse to deal with him he hung up the phone in my face which occurs monthly when I call. There is someone always new that answers the phone & does not know what they are talking about. Can not retain info or pass along messages. I have also asked for them to re-set my online account so I do not have to call & speak to them & they have not done that as well. Do not use their money gram option even though it is listed for their consumers to do so because Jimmy will ask you why did you did that??? Call corporate & never get a response from them. Told Jimmy I was calling corporate & he said something under his breath while hanging up on me again. He is a immature child that needs proper training & a customer service training class.
