  We have both Business and personal accounts here. Friendly staff, ATM, central location. CPA has never had issues with them, and our business account isn’t an issue to manage. Home improvement loan was not difficult and the interest rate is reasonable vs the debt. Easy to transfer money internally. App works fine and makes budgeting and tracking spending very easy. Closes a little early, bankers hours, but They do stay open an extra hour Friday and 9-12 Saturday. I was going to give 4 stars, but recent app improvements makes me think they deserve more.

  We are a homeowners association. We decided to open two business accounts with Bath Savings. Careful with your expectations. If you keep your business ledger using Quickbooks, either desktop or online, don't consider Bath Savings. They have this security rolling login password using a token that is not compatible with Quickbooks. Quickbooks requires a static user name and a static password in order to link to the business accounts. There is no way to link Quickbooks to the Bath Savings account(s) without jumping through hoops and having Bath Savings set up a "special" read-only account that is absolutely worthless except to Quickbooks. If you need a business account and use Quickbooks, go somewhere else. This is an awful service from Bath Savings.

  Really nice local bank. Offers all the banking services you need and does it with a personal approach. Associates are helpful and friendly and seem interested in knowing their customers. Rarely is there much of a wait to see a teller. Plenty of parking if you need to go in and also offers a drive through.
