      We attended a seminar presented by Matt and were so impressed we signed up for his services. We got great advice from his designer/stager and first class service from the contractors he recommended. We followed through with all of his suggestions to make our home saleable and got a full price offer the first week and closed within a month. We are very satisfied with every aspect of the Battiata Real Estate Group! Thanks again Matt!

      This real estate company wasted valuable time in a tough market. (Which is why we chose them to sell our house- they're commercials got us!) Our house closing fell through the day it was supposed to close and they didn't even get the deposit for us. We got nothing from the deal and our house didn't sell. It was clear they didn't care about us. Just a tip: Dont trust 5 star reviews of people who have only left 1 review. Odds are they are from people who work for the company or family or friends.

      DO YOUR RESEARCH before you find a real estate agent. I'm glad I did -- apparently, Matt Battiata has been disciplined for FRAUD, NEGLIGENCE, and other violations of real estate law. It seems like not many people know about this... Just check DRE website -- H04218SD. Go with someone with more integrity instead...
