  I had better service at the bigger banks like capital One and Discover. They charge so many fees and interest charges and they aren’t lenient, especially when you miss one payment for the first time. I have banked with them for years but the fees are ridiculous. Other banks have better overdraft protections and they are more understanding to your situation. I would look at other banks before coming to this one. I plan on closing my accounts soon and transferring banks
