We left another company mid-process due to questionable ethics and called Liz at Bay Equity. From the onset we knew this was going to be different. The whole team from application the disbursement was extremely communicative and we felt genuinely appreciated as clients to the point of feeling like we were the only clients So refreshing and the whole process was quick and accurate, going very smoothly. Additionally there was a $6000 difference in the closing costs in OUR favor over the other company!

Liz Harper and the rest of the team at Bay Equity go above and beyond typical service. Liz was so supportive and walked us through the whole closing process, keeping us updated. Liz worked closely with the title company and our realtor. This was especially important as we got stuck in a snowstorm making it impossible for us to reach our new home in time for the closing date. Working as a team, they had someone come to our motel room in South Dakota so we could close on time. I would highly recommend Bay Equity for anyone buying a new home.
