      I cannot recommend Bay Equity enough. In an incredibly challenging market, they were able to keep us up to date on all the nuances of home buying- the different markets and deals that varied by county alone swamped and confused us before we spoke with them. We struggled for months to buy with a different lender, and received conflicting information, failed bids, and were generally ignored for not being a large enough client. Our realtor recommended Nicholas Philips to us, and we never looked back. From the first call it was clear we were dealing with a different level of service. Questions were answered clearly, where we had gotten the run-around from other companies. Issues were anticipated and dealt with long before we had any ugly surprises rear their head. No pressure to raise loans to the roof, just assurances that they wanted the best for us... and it was true! Thanks to the dedicated work of Nicholas and Bay Equity, we have a home. One that we can realistically afford, and are looking forward to being in for a long time.
