      William Figueroa, my Bay Equity Loan Officer, was amazing! He helped guide me through what I needed to do to qualify for a mortgage, as a new retiree. I wasn't sure if I would be able to get the house I wanted on my retirement income, but William showed me what I needed to do, and was the key factor in a successful outcome! Terrific and timely communication all through the process, despite being three time zones apart at the time, William kept me in the loop, and I always knew what was happening and what I needed to do.
