      If I could give zero stars I would. My loan officer, Christopher Fountain, cost me a large sum of cash from my savings I wasn't wanting to spend and had no choice or I would've defaulted on the closing. He never was apologetic and was inconsiderate to the amount of money he was costing me. On top of that, the company Bay Equity, which I paid thousands of dollars to for working this loan, continuously sends unwanted spam mail to all my previous properties. Very unprofessional. I will not be using them in the future and would not recommend them.
