  We should not have went with bay eq to begin with once we started to experience all of the inconsistencies compared to our positive experience with bay eq in Washington state. We had faith but ultimately we were let down multiple times by this team. This encounter encourages my family and I to inform anyone looking to purchase to stay away from bay eq. We were fortunate to not be first time homebuyers because this experience would have gave us more anxiety and tainted the beautiful home buying experience all together. When complaints were being voiced we received negative responses back as if we were the problem. NEVER AGAIN!

  Hi Roy, I'm sorry you were unsatisfied with your experience. Unfortunately, we have little control over the appraisal process and the fact that the Appraiser never turned in his report is inexcusable. Once that issue came to light, we worked around the clock to find another Appraiser who could complete the report in 24 hours and we covered the cost of that appraisal for you. In addition to that, we renegotiated a reduced interest rate and offered a lender credit to you. Ultimately, you ended up with better terms than you had anticipated and your home appraised for $60k over the sales price so there is certainly a positive side to your experience.
