I truly cannot begin to describe the level of attention and care I received from the Clancy Team and Bay Equity. "Above and Beyond" doesn't nearly describe it. In this market, I think I wrote 7 offers-- went under contact twice and had to rescind due to due diligence issues-- and finally FINALLY found "the one". Jennifer and her team were AMAZING during the whole process and each offer/contract/ and-- finally- close. Never once was there a hint of frustration from them ( and, I can imagine interacting with me as a client was often excruciatingly frustrating). Each and every member of the team ( Jennifer, Morgan and Lauren) that I engaged with was professional, courteous, kind, and got me the best deal out there. Do not hesitate to reach out and utilize this team for any lending need. I do not often write reviews for good service-- I kind of generally expect service to be good!
