Jeana has been a huge blessing to us as we went through the home buying process. We were quite impressed with her professionalism as well as her empathy despite the highly competitive housing market. When we first met with her, she walked us through the entire process and helped us every step of the way with detailed instructions and all the necessary information. She has been extremely accommodating making herself available whenever we had any questions or concerns (even at 4AM on a Saturday morning if we had an issue). She was clear and concise throughout the entire process making sure we knew what we needed to do in order to secure affordable monthly payments that fit our budget. Although there was a lot that went into realizing our dream of owning a home Jeana was exactly what we needed to make it happen.
