      My first time buying a home, so it was a big deal and I didn't know much going into it. Ryan was great! He answered my many many many questions and helped me to understand what was going on. He also gave me advice and helped me make a tough decision that ended up saving me thousands on the closing costs! I also ran all the loan paperwork by my dad, who has bought a couple of houses now, and he was pleasantly surprised with the good loan deal with got. I highly recommend Ryan to someone looking for help getting the best loan they can get.

      When it came down to buying a house, I was both nervous and inexperienced. Ryan was able to confidently explain things in a way that I would understand without feeling undermined. I did not feel like I was just a form of money. Ryan took his time when we had questions. Ryan helped explain things that weren't relevant for us to know. He wanted to help my brother and me learn how volatile the market is. I've talked to other larger Brokerages and regretted it. He has been exceptional in every aspect. We really appreciate his work and attitude. I highly recommend him. If we buy another house, we will definitely ask Ryan if he would be willing to help.
