      We were first-time homebuyers and Lidia provided us with great information and advice. She walked us through each step of the process and let us know what to expect along the way. I would highly recommend anyone just starting the process to contact Lidia for advice!

      Silently introduced in a 6k (=200% increase) on origination costs surreptitiously in the documents, slipped that into the dozens of documents Ms. Felix told us to sign, and when later asked about it, some two bosses up refunded part of it after hearing the facts, but overall the experience was jarring. Simply can't trust Ms. Felix, or her parent Bay Equity (owned by Redfin), and they work apparently under the presumption of "We merely have to disclose (in voluminous paperwork), and if we surprise you unpleasantly, that's your problem)."
