  The best car rates for federal credit unions! Annette and Kaylea took the best care of us! We are so thankful that we switched our car loan to Bayer, We are saving $100 every month! They have the greatest customer service and I am so thankful we found them.

  I had some money transactions I had to deal with. I thank the staff at the credit union, they showed me a safe and easy to move money around with out causing me a problem down the road. Thank goodness they were able to sit down with us and explain what we were doing wrong. What a nice group of people to work with. Dealing with them is a pleasure. Again, thanks so much for your help.

  Manager is incredibly rude. I was told over the phone that an expired passport was okay if it expired during the COVID-19 closures. Drove 45 minutes to open an account and the manager interrupts the lady helping me to berrate my wife on why she doesn't have a valid ID. I explained that I had spoken on the phone to their central office, and that they would honor it. She made it very clear that she had no intention to help from the start. If I could close my account, I would but they won't let me. They'll never hold my money and no wonder Bayer went under.
