      This five star rating is specifically for Ms. Tina Paretti. In my opinion, Tina makes Bayou Title worth partnering with. She is phenomenal and makes Bayou Title look better than any title company around. I have closed hundreds of loans and Tina is my first call for each and every closing. She knows her stuff and helps every referral I send her and exceeds expectations--which in turn makes me look better too! If you are a realtor or lender, Tina will be a vital key to your success.

      When we closed on the cash sale of our home, they filed for the wrong property to be transferred into the Buyer’s name. So, when we went to make the loan to build our new home, the property title was in someone else’s name. That’s after they missed the fact that we had a second mortgage on our home, which I had to point out to them. But don’t worry, it’s only a “typographical” error that they can fix. They didn’t seem too upset about it, but I sure was. Sloppy work!
