  I Iove Bayport! I have had nothing but positive expierences from the tellers, call center, loan servicers, and financial advisors. As someone who had my identity stolen for almost 20 years Bayport helped me get my financial goals in place and my credit back to good standing! The bank I had previously basically kept telling me there was nothing they could do to help me.

  Please avoid this credit union at ALL cost. I'm warning you now. I previously had a car loan through them, so I applied for a different loan once my old loan was paid in full. I received the approval from them, so we proceeded the loan process. The loan agent that I was assigned to (NICOLE WATERS) made the process extremely difficult and even hung up on me during the middle of a call. I had to call numerous of times throughout the week just to get in contact with her. She claimed that I was "rushing" the process after submitting all required documents. She was never available to speak with, and the times that she was available, she provided no real clarity or direction as to the next steps in the process. I have NEVER experienced customer service as bad as this. All I wanted was to get things moving as I was in need of transportation. The loan agent came across very inexperienced and not knowledgeable of her job. The same week, I went to my other credit union, got approval, and here I am a week later driving the car I wanted. PLEASE avoid Bayport at all cost, they will give you nothing but poor customer service, poor communication, and a hard time for no reason. After 7 years as a member, I have decided to never do business with Bayport again. So thank you Nicole for ruing the reputation and pride I had for Bayport Credit Union.

  You authorized a $60,000 loan to someone pretending to be me. You didn't even make an effort to check. When I (the real one) called you asked if I had a twin? Were you being serious? I've never been in the state of VA. Thank you for causing the headache of identity theft due to your lack of due diligence. 0/10 would not recommend. avoid this place unless you are a theft.
