Mina refused to notarize my document even though I met all the requirements. I am also a Virginia Notary and I know and showed him the instructions but he still refused. I asked for his manager Gina to please handle the situation and explained to her the States requirements showing her the instruction and while I did not appreciate her attitude with me regarding the matter Katherine another employee stepped up and helped me get the document notarized so my Mother In Law can recieve Medical care. Mina Z Ibrahim you sir can sit down and rotate.

As a longtime NFCU customer, I must say, I always, 99% of the time, have a negative experience at this branch. They are not the friendliest and they are very slow. I am not sure if they have revolving doors in terms of employees but the always seem to be slower and way less friendly than other NFCU branches that I use.
