This is the most incompetent bank ever!!!!!!!!! The staff is clueless!!!!!! If you have a fraud issue they are no help!!!!!!!!! Bank somewhere else!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, my car loan is through this bank, but the customer service at this bank is terrible. Their employees are rude and I would not recommend anyone to use this branch, or bayport in general.
