      I have been dealing with this company for about two months, trying to refinance my home loan. The woman that I've dealt with (Christine Sheairs) is highly unprofessional. Every email that she sends me (and she sends me 5-10 per week) contains countless grammatical and/or spelling errors and lacks punctuation. It sounds like she is using a "talk to text" feature on her phone and NEVER proofreads anything! Her emails are virtually impossible to understand and I even questioned whether or not she is fluent in English! I had to respond to emails on numerous occasions and ask this individual to retype and/or resend the email because the spelling/punctuation/grammar was GARBAGE. This person should not be in a position that requires daily written communication because she sounds like a fool. I requested a different loan officer because I couldn't understand 99% of what she sent me and I was promised a new contact person... but nothing ever changed. This company is terrible.
