      Impossible to communicate with this company. Their customer service phone line tells you they're too busy- call later. I tried getting a loan payoff twice on their website and got no response. That's why I'm trying to call them. IT'S IMPOSSIBLE!!

      Too bad there are zero stars. What a joke. I have successfully submitted payments on line in the past but the last two months web site errors out when trying to submit payment. Called customer service, they told me to change my password. Really? So I played this game with same result. Called customer service back, they said they submitted IT ticket to look at my account. Same result. Moral of the story is customer service will tell you anything to get you off the phone. Can't wait to refinance and get away from this joke of a mortgage company. STAY AWAY!!!
