      The drive-thru tellers at the Strawberry Hill branch have not let the lack of face-to-face interaction dampen their commitment to customer service. It is actually a joy to have to go through the drive thru line they are so unfailingly nice and helpful. I was worried BB&T would lose their home town feel with the merger, but these employees remain as genuine and kind as ever.
