      Suntrust bought my mortgage when I lived in Augusta and I decided to keep my checking account with them when I found this branch just minutes from my new home in Charlotte. I really don't understand the negative reviews, they have been wonderful to me. They have been helpful and accommodating. They have notarized several things for me and always make me feel welcome.       Super slow and never ever have enough staff. Might be time to close up shop guys. They are only letting 1 person inside at a time so I waited in the drive through line for about 30 minutes. The organization I work for has designated banks that we can use so I had to wait.

      I arrived 3 minutes before closing, the door was locked. A yellow skinned male with black hair just smile and laugh as if it was funny to close before the schedule time. Bad Customer service and bad experience.
