      If there is an option for 0 stars, they fully deserve it!!! its been over 6 months since I have been approved for the COVID-19 Fannie Mae deferral payment option coming out of covid forbearance. In Simple words, they should take my missed payment accrued during COVID pandeminc and put at the back of my loan as a ballon payment, due at the end of my current mortgage term or in case of a refinance. They have been giving me run around for over 6 months now. Every time you speak to someone, they are giving you different answers, partially because they dont know what they are doing as they have no expertise and knowledge or beacuse they dont care. it is scary to know that this bank service my mortgage. I had to reach out to Fannie Mae direclty several times and lodge complain agains BB&T or now called Truist!! Do their executives know who is their work force??? Shocking !!!! One Example: I mailed my March mortgage pyament on February 28, 2022. The payment was taken from my checking account on March 7th, 2022. but Trusit and BB&T are showing that they received my payment on March 17, 2022 ... a 10 days later and adding the late payment!!!????

      this is literally the worst bank in america, careless people working customer service, monkeys for managers and lazy bank tellers. don't give this bank your money nor your time.
