      I was shopping for car insurance and called BB&T Insurance Services (they already cover my home). I talked to the representative, he was very friendly, helpful, and informative. He looked into getting me better insurance coverage at a lower rate. He knows his stuff! He also calls periodically to review and make sure I am happy with my coverage, which I find to be a nice personal touch. I would recommend him and this company insurance for home and auto.
