  I contacted Candice Shoffner on May 6 2016 for a refi on my Mortgage. I was sent all the documentation required and never got a follow up call or email. After sending several emails, i finally got a follow up email months later stating that a closing was going to be scheduled and i was be contacted by the closing attorney. Fast forward to August and i still haven't heard anything from the closing attorney. I get an email on 8-24 from Niki who is the processor that i sent the info to like pay stub, w2, etc and she tells me that they have been waiting for me!!!!!! really? This was due to something related to my employment verification. Its funny though the last correspondence from them to me was that we were waiting on the closing attorney. I went back and forth the week of 8-24 with Niki and thought that this issue was handled, but it hasn't been... I provided all the info that she requested in addition to W2's and paystubs. on 8/30/16 i call them because i haven't gotten any feedback and they tell me that they can't get in touch with my employer..I am annoyed at this point because of all that i have provided and give her my Managers direct#. He calls and gives her all the information that she needs, and yet she tells me that she is playing phone tag with my Manager. This was a super sloppy process and terrible customer service.
