      They really act like it’s such an issue to pick up the phone. This place just altogether needs to get it together

      Made a typo on a $20,000 certified check. Waited to get a new check and when the payee attempted to cash it, was told it didn't exist, despite being in hand! Payee had to spend hours trying to get the money. Truist is no prize and this branch is absolutely terrible.
