I got an approval on new car loan for 3.25% for 5 years and they promised me, they give me this interest rate. But, I got cheated from BCU. They did not give me 3.25% interest rate. Instead, they gave me 4.24% interest rate for 5 years. I never seen this dishonest company. I never do business with them again. Updated Info (5/29): Director of member experience (Melissa) has contacted me through email and she gave me the interest rate as they approved initially(even .01% lesser than previously approved). I mean, i got the interest rate of 3.24% and additional $200 credit to my saving account. Thank you Melissa. I appreciate it. You have proven that 'Customer is First' mantra in this company. I am a satisfied customer now.

I will/would never recommend anyone use BCU. It is hard for me to decide where to begin. I’ve spent over 5 hours on hold over the past two days. I’ve been transferred over 10 times to either reach the main menu or to reach someone who is unable to assist me. To receive a call back from a loan officer is NONEXISTENT. It’s 2021 and their messaging system is stuck in 2015. THEY DO NOT CONTACT YOU BACK. Spent hours upon hours of my day to get ANY assistance. Considered yourself warned about the lackluster customer service from a company that promotes 24/7 loan assistance.
