      I am not sure how anyone could have a bad experience at this credit union. I have been with them for more than 11 years, and have nothing but great things to say about the branch and all employees.

      My BCU experience was not at this branch, but although I got a preapproval for a car loan, good luck getting ahold of anyone once you find a car you want to buy. I emailed and called my rep and no response. Disappointing. We had to seek financing elsewhere.

      Worst bank in the country. They make paperwork mistakes, math mistakes, etc. How does a bank even do that? And when you call customer service, they put you on hold for 20 minutes or just hang up on you. Despicable.
