  I just have to say in the many years I've been with BCU I will say have a few problems but have been great service they have a great job in fixing anything I needed. I pass your business to all my family and friends to you I know I'm not special but do appreciate your service to BCU.

  Hello to all, As I sit here on hold once again, now well over 70 hours total in the last several weeks. I am once again waiting to talk to some for Baxter CU for train wrecking my credit score. I consistently sit on hold, where there customer come, well whenever the under staffed employees can get to you. And now for our convenes, you can leave you number. And whenever they decide to call you back, this is if they call you back. It will be when it is convenes for them. Baxter dropped my credit score by reporting false information the credit companies “Not my Fault” this was on the 06/27/22. I did receive a message stating that I had a message. But I first would have to log into my home page. But in true Baxter fashion I was unable to open it because I was denied access. And now I sit on hold and after yet another wasted hour of my life. Same old run around “nothing they can do” it`s in review, no time when someone is going to look at it. Because they two are understaffed to handle all Baxter screw ups. I was in the process of putting in for a loan. But as a direct result incompetency my interest rate is now being quoted is almost 1 full point higher. Now understand my CC was hacked before I ever activated it. $4,120.00 in charges. After I had to prove it was not me? I made a $93.00 dollar payment on stolen money. Called in several times on hold, wait, wait and wait some more to ensure this would not affect my Credit score. I was assured it would not and they still did. And now the same old answer “Nothing we can do, you are going to have to wait” I don’t blame this on the employees. This is simply bad management that has earned every bit of the 2 ratting. Baxter where there members come, well when ever Baxter CU decides to get back with you.

  Just spent over an hour on the phone just trying to get in touch with any human to help me out, but kept getting endless automated prompts but never any option to speak to a representative. After two more transfer calls I have yet to speak to anybody that can get me directly in touch with a loan officer.
