Beacon Community Bank on Houston Northcutt Boulevard in Mount Pleasant is a great community based bank that offers excellent customer service. The staff here is very knowledgeable and accommodating and makes sure that everything is taken care of. I have had a good experience every time I have been here.

As a small business owner, I was thrilled at how easy and efficient the team at Beacon made the process of opening a new account. I had the pleasure of geting to work with Kristin. She was professinal and made it super easy and fast. I also worked closely with Jason on a commercial loan and hands down, he and his team are the best!! I highly recommend Beacon! I did not understand what it meant to utilize a "Community" bank and the difference in the level of service and customer care is evident immediately. I have had pleasant experiences with friendly tellers but Beacon takes professionalism, concern and commitment to their clients to a whole new level!! I am moving all my accounts to Beacon!!

Beacon is all that is good and right about a community bank. They get to know you. The service is impeccable. The rates are competitive. Underwriting processes are fair and not overly beaurocratic. Our banker, Jonathan Peavey, is as good as they get. Check them out!
