  It is a very smooth sailing application. Brandon is very responsive and accommodating. The whole process took easier than I expected. Uploading the documents is fast and easy, reviewed at the same day and approval the following day. This company is highly recommended by me.

  I’m going to be honest, guild did an absolutely terrible job. From asking for documents they didn’t need for weeks on end, to saying they could not do better than 3.5…let’s just say we went with a lender who accomplished what they could not within weeks within 2 days and got us a 3.1. Now, they constantly email me everyday when they have said I would be off the email list. Not sure what is wrong with this company but I would NEVER recommend them to anyone

  Literally can't Thank Brandon and his team enough! As first time home buyers- they made what could have been an incredibly stressful process, into a journey we were happy to take. Every member of the team is always available to answer questions, address concerns, and give advice as to how you should best proceed- even assisting our realtor at times. It honestly and truly felt like we had a 'friend in the business' taking care of us. I would, without a doubt, choose Brandon and the Guild team 11 out of 10 times if given the choice. They communicated with us through every step of the process and helped keep us in the loop, even when we didn't need to be. Can't stress enough how much we loved and valued their team. Go. With. Guild. (You'll be so happy you did!)
