      Why aren't they opened on Saturday? I can never go to the bank unless I take off work. I'll switch credit unions this year because of that.

      Very poor customer service. I have a car loan through this credit union and every month my account I have to make my payment with gets locked out and I can't make my payment. Then I have to wait the entire weekend to try to get ahold of somebody to which they rarely answer the phone. They seriously expect you in 2022 to take a few hours out of your day to go get money order and bring it all the way to their branch. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I am a very busy business owner and I littarly do not have enough time in my day to waste doing this. Come out of 1990 and update your online banking. It's absolutely terrible and I will never take a loan through you all again. Worst mistake of my life.
