      Complete incompetence. A family member received paper work with a dead spouses name on it for years. The mortgage went 7 years without the homeowners name on it after the spouse passed. Anytime we needed help we got lied to and got the runaround. The staff is completely lazy and has no interest in doing their job. The process of adding a spouses name to a mortgage should be flawless, and was flawless for a person like me with ZERO experience in the financial industry. It just took some time to make the proper phone calls to the proper people, something Troy and Shyloh were unwilling to do. Avoid this bank and institution at all costs. You’re just a face and don’t matter.

      I prefer this branch over my local one. My local branch is always refusing to help me with my needs so I gladly drive the 20 minute drive to this one where I know I’ll receive the best help!
