      Paid off my car loan, so glad I don’t have to deal with ignorant, rude people anymore! Asked about my title transfer and the heavyweight woman who sits on the left side of the the office was rude and didn’t want to answer to my question. She was aggravated for some reason. I felt so uncomfortable and upset after I left, that had to call them and speak to the same woman to let her know how rude she was. Customer service 101 being taught by a customer. 😂
