Eric Palmer at beam lending is the best. He made the whole process easy to understand, broke down how everything works and was willing to answer all of our questions at any time of day and night. I couldn't be happier with everything. He was able to beat out all of the mortgage companies in our town in Washington state, with rate, amount and got us approved for our dream home.
