      I've Been with Bearingstar for several years (5+). I work primarily with the Rehoboth office . They have a very Informative and knowledgeable staff. When I asked them to review my policy in depth they were able to find me a competitive rate saving me $1000+ AND MORE coverage protection.       Agents have no clue about MA automotive regulations. I talked to 3 different agents over the course of 2 days just to get my new vehicle registered. They tried to convince me it had to be registered as a commercial vehicle. Luckily I'm literate, so I knew it was bull. So I called Progressive and got the policy I wanted in 45 minutes. As the old saying goes, don't send an insurance agent to do a man's job.

      LIsa was fantastic in dealing with my auto and my apartment insurance. When I was going to switch my policy over to my work, she reached out to me. and She went over the differences between the policies and thoroughly answered my questions. I’ve been with bearing star for five years and they’ve always been very helpful! They’ve always given me great customer service. They’re always pleasant and made sure that Im making informed decisions about my insurance policy. I highly recommend Bearingstar as an Insurance company. It’s very rare that you find a large company that you feel their giving you personal attention and familiar with you, not a little fish in a big pond kinda feeling at all! I hope you’re as happy as I’ve been.
