I was working with an amazing employee and she ended up resigning from Shamrock Home Loans a week before my closing date. The team that picked up my loan process was unable to get me to close on the original date and was unable to keep me up to date about why things were being held up on their end. Shamrock told me 30 minutes before my appointment with the closing attorney that I would need to reschedule because we were not clear to close. Nothing I needed to do on my end, they just didn't have their end ready in time. We had sold our house and thankfully were able to move into our new house before we officially closed on it, or else - because of Shamrock - we would have been on the streets until they got their stuff in order.
