  I can't say enough good things about this particular BECU. Every time I've ever had to visit, they've treated me with such professionalism. You're truly valued here as a member. I opened up a secondary account and it went quickly and smoothly. The only thing that upsets me is me missing my Sounders Debit Card 😭

  I went today Tuesday 10-17-2020 at 10:30 am to add a new account and make a large deposit. I signed up and waited to be greeted and helped out. Employees were coming in and not greeting me or helping me out. I was there for 20 mn and not a single BECU employee bother to say hello or we will be with you. I was fed up with the poor greeting and went inside and an Asian female with glasses rudely asked me to go outside and that someone will be with me when they are ready. and then to top it off, a white tall man, bold, who I believe was an account manager, came and just waited outside like a security guard and did not asked me what are my banking needs for the day. Instead, he was giving me a harrowing eyes. I felt embarrassed, and harassed and just left for the Northgate branch who treated me kindly and rapidly. Beware of that branch and their zero customer service.
